My last multivitamins contained large amounts of B6 and B12, which broke me out as well as Iodine.
The search for one without either has been difficult.
Now I found one which has a good dosage and without Iodine. However, it additionally contains vegetable extracts. Some which concern me.
It contains:
Alfalfa
Artichoke
Barbados Cherry (Malpighia emarginata)
Beetroot
Cranberry
Garlic
Kelp
Lycopene
Papaya
Parsley
Quercetin
Rutin
Shiitake
Spirulina
I am especially concerned about the Kelp, which could be rich in Iodine. I couldn't find on the bottle which specific species it is.
Should I be concerned? Any thoughts?
Would Kelp break me out?

That website is really misleading. It's all about "relative concentration". If I have a pound of kelp and a pound of broccoli, then obviously the kelp is going to have more iodine; it's basing it on how much iodine there is per <insert weight>. In vitamins, 150mcg (that's probably how much is in the vitamin) of iodine is 150mcg of iodine. That's only 100% of the FDA... and we all know how strict the FDA regulations are. I mean, go look at any multi and you can see amounts on there like "3000%"
