I've had this pimple now for 3+ weeks on the left side of my chin. It is slightly smaller than a pencil eraser, but I think it is either a cyst or a very infected zit. It keeps on coming to a head and then the head goes away but the pimple remains. Then it comes to a head again.

I don't understand at all. Usually only cysts last this long, but cysts do not come to a head. What am I dealing with? What should I do? I keep bombarding it with benzoyl peroxide, sylicyclic acid, and Tretinoin in the form of Ziana.

Benzoil peroxide is Ok, try emu oil + tea tree oil. Emu oil have several benefits, one of them is that it could be use as a carrier to penetrate the skin (according to the web). BHA in the night could also help ... but it takes time for the bastard to go away.

What i do is use a tool of some sort that has been sterilized and then pop the pimple completly and then after that i cleanse and apply bp and that usually dose it for me.

put whatever acne treatmenet cream you are using on it at night. then apply neosporin on a bandaid and cover the cyst with the bandaid. if you can during the day, ice it-a few mins on and off as much as you can.
