What do you mean "if nobody masturbated/had sex, nobody would have acne"?
Yes, acne is hormonal, but it doesn't mean that every time you do something like that you'll break out. I mean, I know kids/teens who don't do that stuff but still have terrible acne. I'm a girl, but I know this is very...important to guys, haha. If I were you, I'd get a better cleanser or go on a prescription rather than giving THAT up

Day 67..... I wish people would stop with all the debates/arguements. We're not doing this because we think it might help, well I'm not anyway. I know in MY case it helps. Plus I've more energy, focus, flexibility etc. Okay?? Each to their own. You put BP on your face, I abstain. More luck to you, more luck to me. Please keep your opinions to yourself unless you really have experienced this. Thanks.
