Hi ALL,
I always hear such great things about taking turmeric for one's overall health. I'm going to try it for my acne and see if it works. For about 4 days I have been taking it and I am still getting breakouts but very small dried up whiteheads, that comes out once I wash my skin. Hopefully if I keep taking it I will get great results. I will be taking 1 tablespoon, twice a day.
Wish me luck, I'll keep everyone updated.
Going to try Turmeric Internally for one month

Traditionally, Indian people drank it with warm milk - with some fat. Curcumin is fat soluble. Just don't expect a great taste...

I cook with turmeric! I add it to rice, chicken, curry, lots of things! I did hear that you have to mix it with ground black pepper for it to be effective though when taken internally. Update us!
