So I'm on Bp now and get the occasional pimple now and then.. but yesterday noticed a hard lump on my jaw line, about 5mm in diameter. It's not red or like like any acne I usually have... just doesn't look like a swelling around infected pore like I usually get - it's just flat hard area. Is that a cyst or something else.. anyone with same experience? Can I make it go away somehow?

Looking today I think it's a nodule. Not really too serious but still annoying.. slightly more red now.
