I was going to get on a multivtimin with zinc in it...is Centrum silver any good?....or are there any other multivitiamins with anti acne propetie in them i should use?

There is one from Genuine Health called Multi+ Daily Glow. It has specific vitamins and stuff in it to help with acne, and also has alot of vitamins in them. Zinc in it as well.

Life Extension's "Two-Per-Day" is an affordable multi-vitamin with considerably higher amounts of vitamins in it than other shelf-bought vitamins such as Centrum. You should check it out.

Im as of now taking 50 mg of zinc and the Centrum multivitamin
should i switch the Centrum with the two per day?
