Hello,
I have not tried this, but have you ever tried Proactive? I used to have moderate acne. and tried everything, even Proactive back then. It didn't help me when I first used it. But I got sick of trying everything, and heard they had a new Proactive( a more effective one.) This time, I swear by it, my face is clear now! I would check it out, Its cheap and they give you huge bottles now!

I don't think I need a whole new regimen right now. I have my acne under control for the most part except for the random pimple every so often + these dam red marks. Just looking for an effective spot treatment, but hey if it works for you
