Usually -
Flat rate international (the $44 one) takes 1 week
Express takes 4 - 5 days
First Class takes two weeks.

How much did you fella's pay for shipping? It looks incredibly high priced to me

I've ordered a few times, but only the bp 8oz which is worth it since its cheaper and nicer than what they sell at the shops. It cost me about $30 all up. You can always check the exact shipping price for your cart by clicking on check out and filling in your address followed by the calculate shipping button.
The shortest time i've gotten my package was exactly a week but i find i receive it between 1-2 weeks (lowest shipping price).
