Does this stuff really need prescriptions in order to get hold of them? I read here that people got this from Boots but I just searched on the Boots website and it says I will need a prescription for this. Noooo, you have no idea how much I hate waiting an hour + in the doctor surgery to be seen. rolleyes.gif

There are a couple of websites that sell BP 2.5% products in the UK. From what I remember it's about £15 per tube, and the tubes are really not that big - only 40g. Just remember to ask the doctor for 2.5% BP not 5% or 10%.

Bring a newspaper to the surgery if you don't like looking at other people.

No, Bloods. I got a tube of PanOxyl 2.5 from Pharmacy UK last week without any prescription. You just need to complete a simple little questionnaire - like the questions they ask you at the chemist when you buy an over the counter item. It was only just over £3.

Watch it with this brand though - it makes me redder than the others.

Thanks guys!

word of warning though, I found them both seriously drying, there is no way you can use the same amount of panoxyl as Dan uses of his bp as it is quite harsh - in my opinion anyway! i tried it and after 3 days my skin was raw - switched to dans and ye i am still dr but not as bad!!
