Can you only have 3 blog entries at a time?

No, you should be able to have as many as you want.

Are you only able to post three?

I think only three show up on my profile for people to see.

Ahhh. There's a link under your profile in the Blogs tab that says "Visit this blog" and there a member will be able to read as many entries as you have written. Only the last three show up in the profile to save space.

If you look at the Topics tab, you'll also see that only a few topics show up. It's just a matter of space, that's all. You've still got all your topics accessible by others (and yourself) by clicking on your name in a post, but only the last few show up in the profile.
