Hey all... sorry I havent been on here in a while, life has been busssyyyy!!
Chey: I understand the binges, the first month on this diet I felt like complete ASSSSS all I wanted was oatmeal and blueberries. Not even bad suagry stuff... but I was craving carbs BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. I thought I was going to die.... the die off was horrible, I could barely get outta bed. But for SOME weird reason, I have CRAZY will power. When my mind is set on doing something I DO it, and do it right. I dont know why.... I get pretty stubborn about it too. But it's almost like I create a terrifying fear in my mind that if I eat that ONE peice of fruit/cookie it will cause BAD BAD things to happen. I start to associate certain foods with ugliness, suffering and sadness. I think it's actually only a good problem to have when doing this diet haha because it's not so good in the rest of my life. I have weird associations with things... like for example if something bad happens while I'm wearing a certain t-shirt or listening to a certain song, I will rarely wear/listen to that thing again, because I will always feel like it has bad energy... I knowwww sooo weirdddd... But THIS is how I stick to the diet!!! CRAZY HUH?? My weirdness actually came in handy!
I have not cheated ONCE in two months. I honestly think it's all about getting over that one month hump WITHOUT CHEATING at all. The binging will cause you to crave carbs and you will have to start all over again. I dont crave carbs anymore really... I mostly crave steak and avocados and tomatoes. Tonight I am having BBQd steak and a tomato salad. The diet gets easier girls TRUST me. I'm not really sure how much longer I will be on the diet but I'm thinking another two months like panic did. I have this weird thought though that if I'm on it for the equal amount of months to years I've had candida I will be good... which could be like 10 months.... I'm honstly fine with being on the diet for that long now. But I'm worried about how my boyfriend will react when he finds out I'm not quitting at the end of this month
.
Ramiejae: I'm STILL breaking out and I've been on this diet STRICTLY for two months... haha getting clear skin isnt happening over night for me. Even Panic said only starting clearing up after two whole months... and I'm not there yet at two months. I know how frustrating it is to be breaking out when you are doing so well with your diet... but honestly I think when we do well with eating, the toxins are able to be released and sometime sthat results in acne

I've been following this thread for some time now, I have never posted before, but really want to say I think your a great inspiration.
I am 28 and have Candida, I had a stool test done which came back positive. I also have a really poor gut flora issue. I am trying slowly to tackle these problems with coconut oil, Oregano and probiotics. I have a good relationship with my nutritionist, but sometimes it feels as if nothing will ever help. After all the money spent and tears shed I am determined to heal myself naturally.
This is why I am writing today to say thank you and that I find your posts a positive influence. I feel less alone on this journey
I wanted to share this link also. Its been a life saver for me when I want some "fooooooood".
