I just bought a 10mg tube of BP and its expiry date was Oct '08. It's such a waste to throw it away Can I still use it?

That seems kind of old. I'm not to sure. If you don't mind me asking, I would like to know where you purchased this.

I'm from the Philippines and I bought it from Mercury Drug Store. The lady gave me an expired tube instead, I just figured after opening it and the benzoyl peroxide that came out was rough-textured and rather dry. The expiry date was on the tube. I don't think I can return it now, seeing as it's already opened and all.

If I were you, I'd at least try to take it back. Maybe if you show them the tube and the expiration date, they'll replace it for you.
