Hello,

Recently read the book "Anticancer, A new way of life" (pg 62) and discovered that research for lowering your risk of cancer also had insight into eliminating the highest potential causes of Acne!

I'm not one that like Meds and the cost can be restrictive to most, so if there is a simple remedy for us, than why not do this first at no cost and possibly a great savings in your grocery bill.

Researcher studied the diets of two isolated groups in New Guinea and Paraguay found no trace elements of acne.

The diets of these groups resembled that of our distant ancestors: No refined sugars or white flour, thus no peaks of insulin or IGF in the Blood.

So, by simply reducing/eliminating refined sugars and white flour from our food has a rapid effect on our Insulin and IGF in the blood. This reduction can lead to healthier skin.

Researchers had Western adolescents in Australia to restricted sugar and white flour for three months. In a few weeks their insulin and IGF levels diminished and so did their acne.

IGF is an insulinlike growth factor, whose role is to stimulate cell growth and cell inflamation (pimples).
