I think the main reason for my acne is diet so im going to go on a diet to clear up my acne.
Im avoiding all dairy, processed crap, sugar.
Day 1
This morning i had some eggs on a whole wheat bagel. I also rollerbladed for 3 miles.

Day 2
Today for breakfast i had some almond milk with a culturele and benefiber. I wasnt really hungry at all. And for lunch i had a salad with some chopped chicken, carrots and celery with an apple and mxed fruit.
As for my face, it looks the same hasnt gotten better or worse. One weird thing lately is whenever im in school my face gets super oily but during the weekends my face is fine. Idk if it just the heat in school being around alot of kids but anyways ill post tomorrow.

Day 3
For breakfast i tried out silk that my mom bought me i think its a soy milk. Very delicious! Lunch i had chicken over salad with grapes and an apple. And for dinner i had a hamburger on a pita with lettuce and avocado, also a sweet potato and green beans. The hamburger was lean pork and beef mixed. My mom has been stopping at this new korean store in fort lee nj across from the nyc and she said its wonderful, all the meat and fish is organic and very healthy. If anyone lives in that area i recommend you go there and check it out.
My face today looks ehhh. I think i broke out around my jawline maybe due to some masturbation or some junk over the weekend.

Day 4
Breakfast today i had some scrambled eggs with a glass of silk. For lunch i had some delicious chopped steak on my salad with celery and strawberries, pineapple, honeydew. And of course water. Dinner i wasn't really hungry so i just snacked on some carrots and string beans and a couple of raw almonds. Im also trying to cut out all grains from my diet for a while to see what happens. Maybe just the occasional piece of whole wheat bread but thats it.
Current condition
My face has about 9 pimples that are healing no new ones. I also noticed my face was less red but still oily>_< Its usually around 12-1 in school when it becomes really oily.

This week has been rough. I fell off my diet alil and ate some junk but now im on track again. For breakfast i had almond milk with a chaboni yogurt and flax seed. Lunch i ate a salad with tuna, celery and mixed fruit. And for dinner i had fish with broccoli and corn.
