The diet sounds great! Not sure about the urine therapy, you're brave. I hope it works out for you 
I might have to check your menu for ideas, just started the paleo diet.

Btw what exacly is the paleo diet?,does it have animal products in it?,I'm vegan so.. :/ hmm
Also I'm going to get a blood test soon(hopefully) so I can see what I'm alergic too,if I'm alergic to anything.

Yes the paleo diet is an omnivorous diet The Paleo Diet
The important thing though is that you cut out grains and sugar or any processed/artificial foods since they seem to be at the root of what allows acne to happen.
That's a lay explanation but it's early lol and the website can explain it better. I'm sure you could research a vegan version
Good luck with your blood test, maybe you'll find something useful.

Hey, good luck with urine therapy! I got really desperate and tried it myself last year... needless to say it wasn't the miracle cure I expected it to be. People say that urine evens your skin tone, but it did the opposite for me. All the imperfections on my face became highlighted and stayed that way. In addition, I started breaking out in places where I hadn't broken out in ages.
Who knows, maybe it was just an initial reaction and I should have stuck with it? But looking back on it, I don't think I ever want my urine anywhere near my face or mouth again.
That's not to say it won't work for you though... I wish you luck. Oh, and good call on the 8 glasses of water a day. I've been doing that for around two months now and it's been doing great things not only for my skin, but for my overall well-being as well.
