Best Moisturiser?

I apply Quinoderm 5% in the morning and then apply Aqueous Cream Moisturiser to get rid of the dryness left by Quinoderm. But i hear Aqueous cream would do more harm than good to quionderm so is there any other Moistrusier I could use in conjunction with Quinoderm?

At night time I apply Bio oil
