I just wanted to say a few words, to help people achieve their goal of clear skin. After reading through this forum I realised that people are pushing the bodily limits of what is right when it comes to diet.
Before we go any further, you need to realise one thing and that is there is no perfect diet. Everyone is different, someone can go eat fast food all day and have crystal clear skin and yet another may eat an orange and break out like crazy.
