It might be working because you have reduced your calorie intake. How much do you eat after 3?
I have continued to do this and my acne and red marks have improved, vastly! I still have red marks but they continue to fade, I haven't gotten a pimple on my cheek for a long time now in which it used to be the worst in that area. I think I'm finally going to have clear skin! JUst waiting on the marks
As for my calorie intake, I never ate a whole lot for breakfast, I would just grab something on my way out for work, or I would grab a breakfast sandwich from the cafeteria and for lunch a sandwich or something, I always tended to eat alot more when I got home, in which I still do. So the detoxing thing is the only thing I can think of, because I haven't been doing anything different than what I normally do.
Note: I stay a way from ice cream, milk chocolate and soda at all costs, but have been doing this long before my diet.
