No breakfast or lunch is curing my acne

Ive been skipping breakfast and lunch for the past week or so, and my acne is really improving! I would label my acne as severe, but while skipping food until 3pm (when I get home from work) my skin has become flat and smooth and I haven't had any breakouts since. I believe the reason for this is because your body detoxes during the night and when you get up and eat your body stops detoxing and starts digesting. By holding off eating until later in the afternoon, it gives your body ALOT more time to detox and heal, rather than digesting all the time, Kind of like a mini detox fast everyday.
Plus I save a good amount of money on food, win win surprised.gif

It might be working because you have reduced your calorie intake. How much do you eat after 3?

I have continued to do this and my acne and red marks have improved, vastly! I still have red marks but they continue to fade, I haven't gotten a pimple on my cheek for a long time now in which it used to be the worst in that area. I think I'm finally going to have clear skin! JUst waiting on the marks eusa_doh.gif

As for my calorie intake, I never ate a whole lot for breakfast, I would just grab something on my way out for work, or I would grab a breakfast sandwich from the cafeteria and for lunch a sandwich or something, I always tended to eat alot more when I got home, in which I still do. So the detoxing thing is the only thing I can think of, because I haven't been doing anything different than what I normally do.

Note: I stay a way from ice cream, milk chocolate and soda at all costs, but have been doing this long before my diet.
