Hello, I have a big red pimple on the middle of my nose. I see no yellow stuff so it hasn't come to head yet. It's bright red. It's been there for like 2-3 days. What should I do?

Let it disappear. If you pop, you'll most likely make it worse and get an even bigger pimple that everyone will look at when talking to you. Just let it go. Be happier.
