Time to get healthy again :)

Some background

22 yo guy from Europe. Had acne since 13 or something. After school was over around 3.5 years ago now I started to live super unhealthy. My "work" allowed me to work whenever and wherever I wanted to so I have basically just traveled, eating bad food, taking drugs etc for 3 years.

A normal day was like waking up at 15.00, eating some fast food for dinner, sit by the computer the whole day and eat some more fast food later in the day, and also doing different drugs most of the days and no working out and no fresh air etc.

Then around 5 months ago I realised it was time to get my shit together, so I booked a trip to the US and took a 3 month long vacation where I started to live super healthy. Waking up 7-8 in the morning, working out everyday, outside in the sun couple hours everyday, no fast food, no drugs no alcohol, anti candida diet and started with vitamin supplements.

After those 3 months I got back to Europe almost completely clear with very nice complexion and also felt awesome overall.

Since then I have continued to live much healthier then before that trip but have the last couple of weeks slipped back. Started eating more unhealty, waking up later, not working out much and the worst of all, started with some drugs that really breaks me out a lot. So today for a couple of minutes ago I took all the remaining drugs and throw them in the garbage and have decided not to touch that shit anymore, I mean I feel good when I take it but its not worth it and not good in the long run. And when I was drug free the 3 month in US I felt better then ever before.


So in this blog Im gonna update daily about my progress. I use like a "chart" during the day where I fill in all the stuff I do during the day so I dont forgets it, it looks like this:

February 15: (This is that days date)

Water: 5 (thats the number of glasses of water Ive drinked during the day, 1 glas is around 0.4 liter = 1.7 cups.

Morningvitamins [ ] Lunchvitamins [ ] (Gonna explain what vitamins I take everyday later in this post)

Cups tea: 2, Redbulls: 2.5 (The tea I drink is roiiboos tea which is super awesome, and the redbulls is sugar free redbulls, thats one of my biggest concerns right now, im super caffeine addicted and gonna start to gradually get them out of my daily routine.


MORNINGWASH: (This is the stuff I use on my face in the morning, gonna explain later what I use.

EVENINGWASH::

Workout:(If i did and for how long and what)

Other stuff: (Here I fill in other stuffs like when I woke up, if I ate any bad food and if I used drugs or alcohol or anything else.

3 colostrum in the morning with 1 probiotic och 1 herb. 3 colostrum in the evening with 1 probiotic och 1 herb.
(This is supplements I take separate from the other supplements, colostrum, probiotic and a herb blend.

Breakfast: 12.15 Lunch: 17.15 Dinner: 00
(What the time was when I ate food, gonna eplain this more later.)

Yeh so that was my "chart", not so interesting for you guys but Im gonna post that everyday to have a place where I get it stored so I can go back to certain dates and see what I did around that time in case of breakouts etc.


I think thats all for now, was a much longer post that I had planned. In the next post I gonna explain which vitamins/supplements I take, what my diet consists of, my "fasting" routine and some more stuff I think is very important. I have gotten clear every time before I have followed this plan which I know will work, atleast for me, so im gonna stick with the stuff I know will work this time again.
