It doesn't work quite the same as it used to. It's drying/irritating to me. I don't use it very often these days.

Today marks my 8th week of using MaxClarity and I have decided to stick with this facewash.

If you are expecting this product to completely clear up your acne and leave your face as smooth as a baby's bum, then I can guarantee you that you will be sorely disappointed. I doubt any facial cleanser can do that job; clear skin only comes from good genes.

However, this product did improve my acne and is doing a great job in helping with my breakouts.

One bad thing about using MaxClarity (as I'm sure it is with any other facewash) is that most of the time, it will take the full 60 days for the product to actually do what it says it will do (to an extent).

Within the first few days of using this, my acne did seem to clear up but by the end of the second week, my acne had multiplied.

I assume this is around the time that many customers send back the product because they believe it was just another gimmick but I decided to stick with it for the full 60 days and I'm glad I did because it took that long for me to realize that although this facewash won't ever completely clear up my skin, it is the best thing I've tried (and I've tried many) that will keep my skin clearER from before I used it.

Also, I recommend using the body wash they give for free on your first order in place of the Deep Cleanser (light blue cap) because it is more effective. The downside to this is that it leaves your face very dry so I would also recommend using a strong face cream (the stronger the better, and trust me, dont worry about it leaving your face oily because when I say dry, I mean like desert dry).

And if you decide to continue using this product after your first order, be aware that the company will automatically charge you $53 ($43 for the facewash, $10 for shipping and handling) for a 2 month supply 'for your convenience'. However, they make you pay monthly so the price is split each month. What you can do is call the customer service as soon as they charge you (before would be best but if you dont know the date they are going to charge, then asap) and ask them to waive the shippping and handling fee. You have to do it every month but at least it saves you $10.

Although this might not be the best acne product out there, I am 99% satisfied with it. This post is coming from a 20 year old girl who has been suffering from mild acne since her hormones first kicked in. I might still be prone to whiteheads here and there and on rare occassions, some zits, but at least I am reassured that within a week, this product will greatly lessen the severity of these unpleasant blemishes.

P.S. Don't expect this product to work if you're not going to use it every morning AND every night.

The best of luck to all of you! Posted Image
