Hi. I have just started the regimen and am using Neutrogina Oil Free moisturiser morning and night but it leaves my face shiny and looking waxy / greasy. If i rub my finger over my forehead you can see the shine on my finger! I should be grateful that my face is not flaking (yet!) but does any have any good moisturisers that they recommend on the regimen that won't leave my face looking shiny or oily?
Thx
Moisturiser makes face shiny / greasy

To be honest, your face should be oily/waxy at night . At night it is realy important to use alot more moisturizer to completely counteract dryskin.
Just use less in the day . ( A finger full-Half a finger)
In my experience the bst moisturizer i have ever used is the Acne.org one.
Try jojoba oil with any moisturizer , SERIOUSLY!!! its AMAZING!!!
It totally takes care of dryness and leaves skin amazing !
You can get it from any herbal store or at holland and barret if you ask .

Thanks Brad. I was thinking of trying jojoba oil now as my face has now started to flake too! Have only been on the regimen a week but the flaking has made me want to stop using bp. How long does the flaking last? Is it until your skin gets used to the BP?

Is your face dry all over? You should only be applying moisturiser at night to the dry parts. The oily parts (i'm assuming your forehead is oily since the moisturiser sat on top and was 'waxy'?) don't need it. Doing so indescriminantly can potentially exacerbate your acne.
The same rule apply's in the day time too, except sunscreens should be used all over to prevent uv damage to the skin. Unfortunately this usually means that your non dry areas like the forehead end up a little shiny, but a small dusting of facial powder over those area's cuts the shine.
