Does anyone who is taking vitamin b5 in the UK and can vouch for the fact that it is working lead me to the site they got it.

I know Holland and Barrett is the obvious but it seems so pricey considering the dose needed. I have also read that timed release stuff is not so effective.

If anyone has any recommendations for well priced B5 that they have first and experience with i would be really appreciative.

Thanks in advance cool.gif

I got mine off ebay, was a bargain. Search either for Vitamin b5 or Pantothenic acid.

Did it have any positive (or negative) affect on your skin?.

I am not sure.. Maybe it did, maybe it didn't. It didn't do any harm, though, so it might be worth a try.
