Ok. So now I will start controlling my diet to make my skin clear. At this moment I have moderate acne with whiteheads. About 3months ago I purchased the book: "Clear SKin Diet" and started to eat more of the foods suggested in that book. I saw results and started to wash my face less and use BP less. Basically stopped doing things that irritated my face before. Figured out that maybe this irritation was causing some of my acne. Things got pretty good!
Then about a month ago I went back home to visit my parents on winter break and fell back to my old eating habits. Things got worse again.
Now I am going to see if I can clear my acne completely with my nutritional choices. Going to stick to certain core foods for a while now and see what happens.

Meats:
-Chicken
-Tuna
-Tilapia

carbohydrates
-Brown Rice
-Pasta

Fruits, Vegetables, Olive Oil, Nuts, Protein Bars and shakes (need to because of my sport)

I will also be taking supplements:
Zinc
Vitamin D

Went to the GNC today and bought: Zinc 100mg, Omega-3 300mg, and Vitamin B-6 100mg.

I will start taking all of these daily with vitamin D (because I live in Buffalo where I cant get that much sun during the the winter.)

Right now my acne isn't that great. I have about 5 whiteheads on my face. Very annoying because I plan on going out with my buddies tonight. I'm going to stick to red wine only also and not drink that much at a time anyways. Tonight I am going to keep it to about 3 glasses. I know that drinking isn't the best thing to do when you have acne because it dries you out. I will however try to drink as much water tonight as possible.

I will post next on my reaction to the new supplementation. I hope they help!
