Ok after having limited success with half hearted attempts at the regimen, I've decided to follow the guidelines more closely and have another go.
Here are my choices, (UK Products) can someone check to see if I'm on the right track here.
Cleanser: Clean & Clear Deep action refreshing gel cleanser (oil free)
BP: Brevoxyl 4% Cream
Moisturiser: Olay Beauty non greasy moisturising fluid
Many Thanks !
Regimen Check.

Sounds ok though if possible best to get a 2.5% BP. 4% will work but you may find you get excessive dryness. If you can I would try and get Dan's gel - whilst its fairly easy to get a good cleanser and moisturiser in the uk, I've never found a BP which is as easy to apply as Dan's. If you can't get it though, you should still get clear if you follow the regime precisely - Good Luck!

Thanks crichel, yes I have been having big dryness problems, and then in turn excessive oil as a result causing yet more acne.
I was using Simple soap as my cleanser tho, so I think that may be at fault ! Also a Salycylic Acid based mosituriser which may not have been the most effective.
So all in all hoping for some positive results soon !

Ok so upon reading up some more about specific ingredients, which to avoid etc I have altered my regimen to suit..
Cleanser: Avene Cleanance Soap free Cleanser
BP: Still Brevoxyl (may change but seems to suit me so we'll see)
Moisturiser: Here's the tricky one, Avene do an Avene cleanance anti-shine regulation lotion that ticks all the boxes but has SA in so I'm unsure, otherwise they do a light moisturizer but it doesnt say specifically 'oil free', would this be ok ? It does state 'non comodegenic'.
I also have a tube of Eucerin face cream with 5% Urea at home, worth sticking with that ?
Either way I'm going to order some La Roche-Posay Toleraine Fluide when I can.
Si
