I'm going to give this a new try this year with a better start having two weeks strictly dedicated to healing and diet adjustment.

So this will be my new log of my new regimen to overcome my candida problem which is what is causing my acne along with other series of issues.
Healing Naturally By Bee will be my source of insight.
My diet shall consist of the usual anti-candida food.
High protein, high healthy fats, minimal carbs.

My intake ratio should consist of:
80 grams of protein
200 grams of fat
64 grams of carbs daily

Essential Supplements Intake:
Calcium 300 MG TWICE DAILY
Magnesium 300MG TWICE DAILY
Cod Liver Oil 1 TBL. DAILY
Vitamin B Complex 50 formula MG TWICE DAILY
Vitamin C 1,000 MG FOUR TIMES DAILY
Vitamin E 200 IU TWICE DAILY
Celtic Sodium Chloride Sea Salt TSP. DAILY
Coconut Oil 5-6 TBL. DAILY (starting at 1 teaspoon)

Anti-fungals(upon further tolerance):
GARLIC
*Nystatin

Digestive Aids:
BETAINE HYDROCHLORIC ACID
six 650 capsules 35 min. after each meal

Electrolyte drink with meals:
lemon/lime, sea salt, vitamin c crystals, with non-chlorinated water.

I am looking to incorporate such elements into an overall diet consisting of the follwing meals.

BREAKFAST
-Egg Drink of organic eggs, EVCO,sea salt, cinnamon powder, and organic butter.

LUNCH
-Boiled Chicken Breast Strips and Sauted in EVCO and herbs
-Guacamole or Pico de Gallo of avocado, spinach, cilantro, lemon, lime, spices, sea salt, organic unsalted butter and EVOO

DINNER
-Buffalo Burger Patties
-Guacamole or Pico De Galllo

To aid detoxification I take epsom salt baths with 2 cups for 15-20 minutes. coffee enemas, and dry skin brushing to stimulate the liver and adrenal glands.

So this is pretty much a general idea of my new regimen,
I still have a lot of information to add,
and a lot of changes and modifications will be made over time.
I have to say I am very excited to rid myself of this candida and
move forward with my life as the most healthy I have ever been.

Feel free to add give feedback:
any help is much needed and appreciated if you have any experience using a similiar regimen
in overcoming candida.
