OK, so I'm somewhat new here, but I'm finally starting to get serious.

My background:
I never really had acne besides a few blemishes, but after being under a lot of stress and having a diet consisting of Starbucks, McDonalds, and any other fast food, I started breaking out. I started using Mac make-up to cover it up, which generated lots of closed comedones, which I popped like crazy. Then I used Murad's Acne system and ended up with dry skin and cysts on my cheeks and jawline. I switched to M2 Mandelic acid and the baby's brush method. This really helped reduce my closed comedones, but the large blemishes still happen (1-2 per day). I really think my acne is internal/hormonal, so I'm starting this log to document my progress.

My current regimen:
Morning
3 grams of Symbiotics colostrum (capsule form) (started Dec 22)
8 oz of Aloe Vera Juice (started December 1)
1 prenatal vitamin
2 fish oil pills
1 probiotic

Wash with M2 skincare
Spot treat with 2.5% BP
Topical Aloe Vera from plant

Night
2 grams of Symbiotics colostrum
50 mg zinc
1 probiotic
240 mg Vitex
54 mg Don Quai (tea form)
250 mg Ashwagandha

Wash with M2 skincare (baby's brush exfoliate)
M2 Mandelic AHA serum
Spot treat with 2.5% BP

Breakfast: High Fiber Oatmeal
Lunch: Turkey Chili, Turkey Melt
Dinner: Roasted Chicken, cashews, blackberries, 3 sugar free lemon cookies

Acne:
3 on right side of cheek
1 cyst on right jaw
2 on left cheek
1 on left jaw
1 on left temple
3 on upper lip

Did not pop any today
