I don't know much about these vitamins (or vitamins in general) but I have a container of this tea stuff that you add to water and it is mainly composed of B6/B12 vitamins. Is this helpful?

It's actually not a tea bag, it has a pre measured dripper of this brownish liquid that you fill up and put into a glass of water. I guess they market it as a type of tea because there is white tea concentrate in it. Each serving of it has 60mg of EGCG, 200% of B6, and 1000% of B12.

You could try it, I guess. But, I never heard of a high amount of B12 for acne, B6 can help.

Not right now, but I'm making big changes starting in the new year. Along with this tea thing, I'm going to be taking ACV, fish oil, and colostrum once I get it in the mail.

Hi, I have been taking B6 for quite a while and guess what it has helped loads
It helps to reduce my excess hormones (estrogens)
Also B12 is proven to help reduce stress and support the function of healthy skin. Therefore it can help can as well. I cant personally vouch for this one but looking at b12 properties it looks an good idea.
Let me know how you get on...

Have just been looking into this, and I've found an abundance of sources that say a high dose of B12 causes acne. Here's a few:
http://www.livestron...b12-cause-acne/
http://www.natural-a...cause-acne.html

The recommended dosage is between 1-2.4mcg per day. From what I have read problems can start when your daily dosage is too high or when you take a large weekly dosage instead of the small daily dosage.
