Face rash!!!

Ok so I have lil tiny bumps filling my pores all around my the lower left and right side of my mouth and my left cheek! Up close there lil bumps filling my pores but from far away they look like a red rash all over my lower face!!! What the hell is this!?!? I need help! I have to school!

I have this too! So you take vitamin c or any supplements?
