[NEGATIVE CREEP]

They are driving me insane. They are holes on the nose left over from picking at zits/blackheads on the nose and ive tried needling them and applying tretinoin cream for months and so far no visible improvement. When I examine them close up it looks like the pore is surrounded by a shallow scar which makes it look like its one big open pore. I thought the tretinoin cream and needling would help this but so far it has not and my patience is really running thin.
