I still wake up with a dry mouth, dark yellow urine and even have dark circles under my eyes.
I stopped accutane 1yr ago - why is this stuff still occurring?





My acne is all gone, and so are my red marks

Well for some people, dry skin, lips, mouth.. whatever.. doesn't seem to ever heal. You might want to consider drinking more water.

Keep drinking heaps of water, and use really good lip balm (MEDICATED Blistex (not stick form and not non medicated, u want the moisturising medicate one) or Chopsaver) and yeah, just keep doing that, and see your derm.

EVENTUALLY they should subside but.. May stay forever :/

What was the dosage and duration of your accutane course, and how much do you weigh? I have very similar problems. I took accutane for 6 months. First 2 months at 40 mgs/day, next 4 months at 80mg/day. I weighed 165lbs at the time, 75kg. What was your acne like pre-accutane? and what is it like now and did the oily skin return? We can figure this stuff out together.

hey guys, i do drink loads of water. but i'll try to take a bit more i guess

my accutane course finished 1yr ago, i weighed like 190lb or something when i took it, but now i weight 170lb. the dosage was 40mg then 80mg for about 5 months. acne before it was pustular and moderateley severe. oily skin returned 3-4 months after stopping accutane.

If you drink plenty of water maybe you should see a doctor.........Accutane could of permanently thinned your skin around your eyes and that may be the dark circles, and possible the other issues you have...I would just have your doctor test your urine and maybe sugar or thyroid to be on the safe side it isn't something serious.
