Moved to the Scar Treatments board. (The Announcements And Feedback board is for discussing technical issues on the boards, and says in the board description, "To have an acne related question answered, make sure to post in one of the other forums below.")

I've also merged another thread of yours about the same issue into this one, as it was also misplaced. ; )

Ok, so I know you said you are afraid of exfoliating, but in the case of having red dots "under the skin" as you say- it sounds like you are experiencing a build of old skin cells that don't seem to be removing themselves fast enough. I would recommend trying to exfoliating system, just start small, and remember to use LOTS and LOTS of lotion, it is your best friend in this case. Don't use anything too harsh since it sounds like you might have sensitive skin if you are afraid of exfoliating.

Please, if you have time (and i know it's a LOT of words, but read through my blog post and maybe it will help you)

consistency is key

It doesn't seem to want to let me post the link, so please try clicking my username and just going to my latest (and only) post.
