If the scars are depressed, which usually is the case for chickenpox scars, then no, there really are no products that would help to raise it, try not fall for those claims that people make. If its only discoloration, there might be some products that could kind of do something, but ablating the spot with laser or dermabrasion will probably be one of the few things that could work.
As for depression, you could use something like needling which might be able to raise the scar, but im not sure. The only actual real solution is getting them excised, and then close the edges together, and that should probably do the trick. You could do some microdermabrasion or dermabrasion afterwards to virtualy get rid of the new scar that forms after excision, which is like a tiny line, but it really is not that bad.
You do have options to almost completely fade it so no worries.
Good luck

i still have the craters, but they're not deep so they're only really noticeable by me, because i know where to look for them. the average person i speak to doesn't know they're there unless i say something or go under really bad lighting (those long neon lights will make anyone's face look horrible!)
i don't recall specifically how long it took to get rid of them, but i put vitamin e over my entire face day and night and one day they just weren't red anymore.

As for body scars, you do have more options as treatments can be more aggressive and you don't have to worry too much about down time because you can just hide it with clothes. But don't expect magic to happen as to our dermatalogists are so backtracked compared to what they are doing in Asia, and even they don't really have any magic bullets. But since it's body scars, every so often we do see some outstanding results because there are far less restrictions on how intense the treatments can be. I guess you can go with agressive ablative Lasers, Dermabrasion and maybe even aggressive needling might do something, some hardcore chemical peels. There is also this stem cell procedure being done in some places in Asia and Europe, one that is mentioned on this forum is in England done by Dr. Khan, check that out see if you like it. And try to do some more research, I know it can be rough living with scars specially when it seems like there is nothing you can do about it, but try to keep your head up science is getting closer and closer to actual solutions, I am floating on the same boat with you.
Peace.

It was fortunate that I had chickenpox when i was still in 2nd grade so time healed all my scars and faded them away. I only have scar that stood out (and it's beside my right eye (about 1/2cm) , and it's pitted. One good thing is it matches my facial color now. Chicken pox scars usually go away with time. But 5 years should atleast have faded most of them. I can feel what you're saying, my bestfriend's post chicken-pox scars 18 years ago are still on her legs. She has beautiful face, complexion, and body but that's her insecurity.
I inserted a link, hoping it's a little helpful for your scar repair alternatives. TC!

Basically, ChickenPox scars leave 2 issues, the first is the thick dark hyperpigmented patch on the skin, the second is the depressed/sunken crater like appearence due to tissue loss in worst cases. The second issue is more difficult to get rid of than the first.
So for scars which doesn't involve any crater like appearance, resurfacing the skin over a period of time may help fading them out. This is relatively easier, but would have to be done over a period of time, may be even 1 year +. This may be done by any suitable resurfacing treatments such as chemical peels at the required strengths (if possible go for a peeling complex or a buffered acid. Avoid full strength TCA etc. which can cause further scarring), or by laser.
For the worse scars having a crater like appearance, only feasible solution is to have them surgically excised & fill the missing tissue by the sorrounding skin. This may have to be done in 2,3, 4 steps spanning across few months depending on the volume of the missing tissue, so a single session might now give satisfactory help. In very rare cases of large craters, you'll need skin grafting, but in most cases the adjacent skin would be adequate to fill the missing volume. If done peroperly few times, this procedure can fill the scar & can bring the skin inside in par with rest of the skin. When getting the stitching done, make sure you get the inside stitches as well. Otherwise, especially on the face, the outer skin can easily stretch, so if you have got only the outer stitching the scars can open again due to the stretching of the skin after 1-2-3 weeks. So internal stitching ( may be the ones dissolves after 2-3 months) is a must for these crater like scars. The outer stitches may be done & taken out after a week or so depending on the place of the scar, the chance of stretching the skin there. If it's in a place where minimal stretching occurs, you will not need outer stitches at all & the outer skin would be fixed by a kind of glue & kept under the plaster for 1 week or so. This procedure is a surgical procedure, so wouldd be best done by a plastic surgeon. Make sure you get your deep scars addressed one by one, so both you & the surgeon would learn from mistakes when they reach the next scar. Addressing them at one shot may lead to complete failure, because unlike other stitching, this excisional procedure to get rid of facial scars is one requires all aesthetic, mechanical & medical skills. So your plastic surgoen should be one of those who's considering all these aspects & well eqquiped with the knowledge. You'll anyway need a resurafcing procedure to get rid of the resulting linear scars after getting the excision done, may be after few months time after the skin is healed. You'll have to space all these excision & resurfacing sessions few weeks apart for a single scar, so patience & time is required on your part.
Anycase, I don't believe any over-the-counter products would help for deep crator like scarring. No any TCA cross or collagen remodelling laser procedures would help as these scars are due to having damaged the skin across multiple layers leading to the dermis, sometimes even further. In any case, try these procedures for 1-2 scars without taking too much risk, see the results & then move. Obviously the doctor's expertise also plays a vital part in getting rid of these scars.
In any case be patient, analyze the issues for a selected 1-2 scars, get the procedures done avoiding any embarrazments, wait & analyze the results & move one. Can take 1+ years for the whole produre, but it's worth than getting your face mutilated one shot.
Best of luck, Hope this information would be helpful.

I'm going to be rude because your comment about not having scars on your face was crazy.
First off, It is hard for me to understand your broken english. Secondly, why the heck did you come here asking for help about scars on your body, if you are going to throw it in our face how lucky you are that you have no facial scars.
Screw you and your body scars, put some clothes on your back and learn to live with them. Unfortunately for the rest of us here, we can't cover up our faces jerk.
Ugh what a stupid person.
