What type of acne scar is this and what are my options?

Hi! I spotted this area on this forum here with descriptions of different acne scars and the treatment options.

But could anyone help me determine which mine is? I have a picture. I did not see any pictures in that section... unless I missed it. I JUST saw my dermatologist a month and a half ago. She prescribed an antibiotic (doxycycline) and a birth control pill that helps with acne as I was already on one (that didn't).

Treating the scars I have was not on my mind at the time of that appointment but now it really is...

Would help me out to get a prediction here as I will not be making a trip back to my derm for months from now! REALLY wished I asked her then!
I'm curious... would like to know which option is likely for me and plan accordingly if everyone thinks its an expensive option, etc. I was just there at the derm and wasn't thinking about the scars at the time!
