Hey guys,
I am Dipanzan from Bangladesh, I have recently joined in the forums but I have been reading the topics for a while & I have gained substantial knowledge about acne, scars & their treatments

To start off, it is a very long story, I hope you guys won't be bored from the usual stuff I am going to post here:

My acne first started appearing about 2yrs ago, when I was in class-8 & now I am in class-10.
It wasn't that awful, but slowly & steadily it got worse, with the appearance of scars.

I would pop my pimples, once in a day before retiring, only to feel better & waking up to get a more real nightmare: SCARS:(
I visited dermatologists in my area, hoping that my scars & acne problem will get fixed, but it got worse.
I have done a lot of things to get better, starting from face-washes,brutal scrubs, iceing the skin, poping pimples:(, watering my face, reducing chocolate intake, using home remedies- like lime, honey etc & what not

My derm is now currently doing micro-dermabrassion, & also the Red/Blue Light therapy, but it is stupidly expensive & I am currently broke of having to manage all these costs
From what I have gathered is that both the treatments works for me but I cannot keep up with the cost which is like every two weeks:(
I am also prescribed on Retin-A, Eldopaque 4%, Elocon, Ecura.

I am currently using the products esp: Retin-A & Eldopaque for more than 7months, they work but if I stop applying them, the nasty scars return along with pimple, I am not clear, my scars are deep on both of my cheeks.

My face have tanned like there's no tomorrow, after using those creams for more than 6months
All my body is fresh & looks gorgeous compared to my face which looks like garbage.
All of my face is black, & my body stupidly white, well not the hands only which are a bit tanned because being to the sun exposed.

My chin & upper lips is total black, while my lower lips is stunning red, I cannot see the sight of my chin areas, they are like one shade darker than the face & the face is like 3 shades darker than the body

Help me out guys, I dont want to spend any more money on these stupid dermatologists, they are just playing with my appearance

Please help me out, I will, I will try any recommendations that are known to work & won't be breaking the bank & I am very much interested on Dan's Regimen which I hear from this site, buts sadly, I cant purchase anything online, since we Bangladeshis are limited in that field

Plz help me out guys, I need real advices from real sufferers like me.
I really want to try out the Regimen, but supplies is the limiting factor here in BD

Can anyone list out a handful of good BP 2.5% & a good moisturizer with jojoba oil & a good exfoliating scrub
I can cross check all the recommendations & then look up on inventories available here, & I'll report back

You talking about scars or acne? The regimen only works for acne. Your scars are actually indented or are they just red marks?

Those BP, jojoba oil etc wont work for indented scars, ever.... Red marks, maybe, but red marks will fade on their own so not much need to worry about them.

If you are talking about indented scars however, we will need a more detailed description of your scars or a picture to actually give you proper advice.

Sorry for this misconception, I thought the Regimen works both on acne & also on scars.

I have acne, very small acnes which I guess is called P.acnes, but are very irritating. They make my skin look jagged & above all I have some stubborn acnes on top of my scars which is very disgusting. The scars seem raised that normal skin layer & some of the scars are black marks on my cheeks:(

Scars are my main problem, & I have done micro-dermabrassion but it only worsens after I have a new set of acnes.

How can I remove this scars to an acceptable level, I dont mind redness, if my skin becomes red, I will be more happy.

& last but not least, I have a horrible tan on all my face, esp the chin, is there any way to make this tan lighter, like 1-2 shades, it will be very helpful since if my skin goes back to its original colour the scars will not look that bad.

If your scars are raised it may be that they are keloid scars which are pretty hard to treat. If pigmentation is your problem, your best bet is to apply LOADS of sunscreen and simply wait it out. Give it a few months and it should be gone.

oh great news guys, I got the following products...but they are damn expensive here:
Clean & Clear Oil-Free Daily Pore Cleanser
I will use this as my face wash, now what do you think guys...is it good, I hear from the reviews that it works pretty & is a good face, now will I be OK with it.

&
Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne
I also got this, I have very small & some medium acnes, the small ones are the irritating ones, now what do you say can I apply it on my acne

oh & how do I apply the Neutregena on the Spot, since I also have to apply Hydroquine over my spots as well as Retin-A, NOW I REALLY NEED SOME SUGGESTIONS ON THIS

I will be ok with the face-wash, but I really dont know how to apply the Neutregena
& plz guys>>>I need some suggestions on the AHA/BHA creams/lotions.

Ok... why dont you try the natural treatment.. my skin was pretty bad few months back, had the worst breakout of my life (cysts and pimples and what not). Was obviously devastated about how my skin looked. I started taking vitamins and minerals and now im all clear of active acne and just dealing with a few red/ brown marks. been ages since i used any chemicals

Supplements im taking:
Zinc 25-50 mg
Niacin No Flush (Vitamin B3) 500mg
Vitamin B Complex

For red marks / scars:
Disparin mask for pigmented scars (mix disprin in water and make a paste)
Dab apple cider vinegar on face

For inflamation:
Ice cubes
Zinc mask on the zit or the cyst/pimple about to pop up (crush zinc tablet and mix with water make a paste and apply on the zits)
