lollllllllllllllllllll............it's good for acne. I have been taking one capsule/day 1000mg and I like how my skin looks and feels. Better than any bp bs. Bp made my face look like crap.

yea BP makes me look like shit too. do you know what the fish oil actually does? or do u just know that its good?

Yep, its good for acne im taking 4g of fish oil with EPA and DHA. Its anti-inflammatory and will assist in hyrdrating your skin.
It's very worthwhile adding it to your regimen.
And yeh bp is bs.

Fish oil is an Omega-3 fatty acid. Fatty acids build up in your body and are used for all sorts of processes. Omega-3's for the most part are used to make anti-inflammatory eicosanoids and prostaglandins. Omega-6's are usually pro-inflammatory. Omega-6's are generally cheaper oils and are much more common in the diet. This means the average person tends to have a higher ratio of 6's meaning more inflammatory response. Omega 3's help balance things.
