Genuine Health™ PERFECT SKIN...

1) Can I take this if I am already taking Vitamin E (800IU) per day?

2) Is the "For Men" formation a gimmick? Should I buy the women's kind of men's kind?

3) Are there any interactions with it/ things I should not take directly with it? ie. acidophilus probiotics, lactase enzyme pills, vitamin E

Thanks so much!!!

1) I see no reason why not, except that this company claims that this pill is "dermatologist and naturopathic formulated". I guess this means that the ingredients (and the amounts) are chosen to work synergetically.
2) The ingredients are identical from what I can see. Funny detail: on the "Perfect skin for men" ingredients page it reads (under "Caution"): "Not to be taken during pregnancy, while breastfeeding..." So you should make sure not to get pregnant as a man? eusa_think.gif
3) I don't think so. These pills are not that revolutionary, just basic ingredients.

Do you think they are worth the money?

I just want something I can take as a "maintenance dose" to keep my acne from returning. I don't think I could ever go on Accutane again as it started causing my stomach to have ulcers pretty much.... lotsss of acid.

Well, nearly $25 for 60 pills is not exactly a bargain, but if it works I think it's worth it. It really is a decision you have to make for yourself, I can't see the contents of your wallet from here. The testimonials on their website are (surprise surprise) great, but I don't value them that much. You could try it for a month and if your skin has not gotten any better then don't bother anymore. Or do a Google search for reviews (and remember that most people with satisfactory results don't post reviews that often).

..... BUMP. Further opinions please? If I am going to spend 25 dollars a month on this stuff.

It makes sense to me, but I am not in the medical field. I know that vitamins can't hurt... but any further opinions?
