i am starting to get a tiny bit of redness from retin a...pinkness, more like haha. as lon as i five my skin a break, will it calm down? this stuff cant make you permanently red can it?

That's normal when you start Retin a.... red skin, itchiness, peeling. It should subside after a few weeks of usage

yep, its probably irritation from the retin-a. after a while, your skin will get use to it. maybe you can try to build up the times you use it, first by every other day or even less than gradually to every day. or maybe lotion can help too.

i had this when i first started as well. the whole time i've been using ram i never really developed a "routine".. instead, i let my skin tell me when to skip a night or two, etc. so, in the beginning i was applying it about 3 times a week, then eventually worked my way up. good luck. smile.gif
