I take a multi with a lot of B6 in it, it's never made anything worse.

B5 is what some people have taken to treat acne - I've not seen anyone posting about using B6.

Lots of people, often unawares. One of the more common B complex pills sold in the U.S. contains 50mg of pyridoxine HCl.
There is some reason to believe that being B6 deficient can impair the absorption of zinc; lowered zinc levels correlate with acne.
B6 is needed in the production of melatonin (which is a potential acne preventative via multiple pathways: anti-androgenic, slowing cell division, increasing insulin sensitivity, stimulating anti-oxidant production, etc.).
In general, taking a Vitamin B complex is a conservative step for anyone with acne, as various molecules in the Vitamin B family appear in various pathways that could influence acne and the inflammation of acne.

If melatonin is very good for acne, Why you eat B6? You can eat supplement "Melatonin"

B6 is supposedly particularly beneficial for premenstrual breakouts. But it doesn't work alone requiring other nutrients to do whatever it does. And you usually want to get your B vitamins in a complex as they work together and/or compete with each other so that megadosing on one can cause a deficiency in another.
