I have pores on my nose that are larger than the rest and dont seem to tighten up like the rest. They are very unsightly and driving me insane. I tried tretinoin cream for about a month and a half and didnt really see any results and it gave me more blackheads.

What can be done about enlarged/scarred pores on the nose?

Something I hope but as far as I understand it, its a matter of genetics and skin type and some of us are just unlucky

I agree partially with the genetics but I think you should've used Retin-A for longer, it very well may take over 2 months to show any results with a topical retinoid.

well i got annoyed with the tretinoin cream because it makes my nose really oily and gives me tons of blackheads that fill up the enlarged/scarred pores making them look bigger...and i just felt like it wasnt doing any good
