A few months i started eating really healthy - the first time since i was little when my parents forced me to sit at the table and eat my veges or i had to go to bed with a piece of bread and water. now that i think about it that was borderline child abuse not a way for me to eat healthy lmao. but anyway my skin with all this healthy food was clearing up and i was like holy cow i have skin underneath all those zits?? so i was really impressed and wanted it to go away even faster so i started looking for websites to suggest help and then i found this one called acne.org, you might of heard of it and after a few days i had my regimen inplace was using the bp etc and then my skin on my face nearly looked perfect. but after about a month a combination* of things made me stop doing it and i went back to eating crap and my skin in turn turned into crap. pretty much what im asking for is some tips and ideas on how i can motivate myself to start using my regimen daily and eat healthy-ish.
