hi there everone i started using this Oxy 5% Bp vanishing pimple cream for about a week now, the first time i applied it it make my skin dry up. One week into using it and my skin doesnt get dryed up like it used to, it also made a pimple next to my cheeks go even bigger? is this normal in the process. Or do you reccomend me usin Dans BP.
On the packet it says ''Advanced Formula with oil-free moisturisers ''
so my question is would you say i need to use moisturiser after applying this? Dan said to always use moisturiser but i havent experienced any hardcore dryness or flakiness. I would wana use moisturiser but afraid that somethingg might go wrong. Idid use it in the past couple days until i saw what it said on the packet.
one more question: Iam one week into using this i hardly seen any improvement but did notice some of my pimples grew bigger than normal and inflammed, was this due to me using moisturiser when it alrdy says it mosturises . So if this normal or what, please any answers to help us here cheers.

From my experience, Bp just makes acne worse. I had a painful acne on my nose and I had a clear & clear BP at the time so I put that on and guess what my acne looked the next morning? WORSE than ever...Im never buying Bp products...If I were u, id stay away from it. Try some pure lemon (mix with water) on your acne. Might get a better result.

When using BP as directed for The Regimen, sometimes things can look worse before they look better. When I first started The Regimen (last June), my acne looked terrible. I was so upset. I kept thinking, "This is supposed to make it better, but my acne's never this red, and I hardly ever get pustules!", but, it turned out, it was just the BP helping to bring everything to the surface.
I can't give you any information or advice on the brand of BP you're using, because I've only used Neutrogena On The Spot and Dan's BP (both 2.5%, which is what's recommended for The Regimen). If you're unsure of a product, you can always try to get the products Dan recommends. (That might actually be your best bet, as it would also help clear up the "Should I or shouldn't I moisturize?" issue.)
