My vision is a slight bit blurred, nothing too bad, but a terrible pounding headache and stomach "uneasiness" to put it mildly (lol) Is this normal? Should I continue until monday and call the derm or stop now and call the derm about it monday?

I don't know what you're taking but I'd say Yes stop taking it. I don't think a face acne medication should give you those symptoms..
