Small but hurtful....

I've never had bad acne, but I started doing a weight-loss program about 2 1/2 weeks ago and have lost about 13 lbs, I'm not sure exactly because I only weigh myself on mondays. Anyways, I do an intence work-out on a stationary bike basically until I cant go on, and my face will end very red and my whole body covered in sweat. I'm pretty sure this is the cause of the increased amount of whiteheads...

It's mainly across my shoulders/shoulder blades and a little down my back, a little across my chest too. I'm going to do the back acne regimine, but I also want to know if you guys have any tips, storys you'd like to share, or just comments. I'm all ears.

Oh and I've always had a few ( 2-3 ) on my chest, and a few once in a while on my face. I have a large chest area so I figured that was why they were on my chest. And for my face, and actually this is asset to the other areas too, I live in Florida, it's humid.... allllllll the timeeee. Moist heat during the day, and moist air at night, even in winter! Plus I live in central Florida, so Florida is surrounded by 3 parts of water, hence it's a peninsula, and I live on a peninsula... ON the peninsula. So yeah, a lot of water, a lot of humidity. :] 83% average. haha.

I figured the tips might be easier with that little bit of extra information. :] Thanks guys!!! wink.gif
