Vitamin A
Vitamin B3 (or B-Complex)

Recommended dosage as in RDA? If so, no I do not think supplementing with the RDA will help your acne much. But supplementing in higher amounts may.
I'd take at least 50mg of Zinc if you want it to do anything. I would recommend either Opti-Zinc (Zinc Methionine) or Zinc Picolinate as they are the best absorbed forms. There was a study were people safely took 100mg for an extended period of time.
Vitamin C I would take at least 500mg. I'd recommend 1-2g a day. You can go up to 5-7 grams but you may experience some stomach discomfort.
I would be very careful with Vitamin A as taking too much can be very dangerous.

yep 50mg of zinc is working wonders for me, and niacin or niacinamide, both have positive reviews, all those should be fine, but id look up side effects for overdoses just in case
