Pimples in the same place on both sides of the face!

Can anyone who knows what their talking about please answer this question:
Why do pimples always come in pairs, meaning that if you get one on the left side of your face, you'll almost surely get another in the same place on the right? This makes it seem like the problem can't really be on the surface of the skin, because the chances of the exact same place being infected on both sides are slim, dont you think?

Beards are usually even on each side you know.
But I always would get a cyst/pimple/little head that would appear in the same spot. Kinda in the middle of my lower cheek. I'd get a pimple. Next week it'd clear up with a redmark. And then after a couple days of relief I'd get another thing their.
It's repeated this cycle for honestly a year now.
Now that its ALMOST clear with accutane (speaking of that one spot, the final spot ironically) it's leaving this peachy like scar. It's not a ice pick indent, but more of an outdent. Pretty close to the same color, but bothersome. I just wonder what I'd feel like if this THING would go away on my cheek thats stayed there forever.

I have large symmetrical post acne spots below my eyes.
and then two active spots on my cheeks.

It's because toxins in your body that you liver alone cannot expel are being excreted through your skin.

ya that causes Acne.
But I'm pretty sure that being acne prone has to do with you growing facial hair, whether it's peach fuzz or a full grown beard.

And the simple answer is: Pimples do not possess symmetric tendencies of any shape or form!

Look, acne is bad enough itself without making it worse by being superstitious about it!

I do have it. I consider it a fact of life - when my left side breaks out, the right is sure to follow soon. Its the structure of the face right? (which is symmetrical), so that if I have weak/ill formed skin on my left jaw, the chance are.. I have weak/ill formed skin on the right jaw as well.
Ive noticed they all gather right in my smile creases - I think the skin stretching and creasing every time I smile has somehow irritated or blocked the pores there (like the same way as if you wear a hat it will irritate and block pores on your forehead) and since Ive had a lot of acne there, the skin condition in those 2 places has gotten worse.
They made a nice little home for pimples.. which destroyed the skin to the degree that it made a nice little home for cysts. Now i always have 2 - 3 cysts in exactly the same place on both sides. I tell you Im ready for round 2 of accutane because this differin stuff aint working!

I get that too, it's like they are symmetrical on each side of my face, I get one by the side of my mouth then another one pops up the other side. I have many big red ones on my cheeks that are in line with the other side.

Check it out:
And I get them in EXACTLY the same F***ing place every time!
For me, sugar is the real enemy. If you're like me then cut out all processed sugar and absolutely don't eat sugary foods - such as 99% of breakfast cereals - in the morning.
Also, don't eat spicy foods and don't smoke.
I got these latest spots because I drank a load of sugary energy drinks.
