Day 8
I had some tuna melt for breakfast, and a smoothie for lunch. Yes, just a smoothie. I'm abut to make some yummy toast...<-- Yeah, just ad the toast, that was my lunch. Fell asleep during dinner so I woke up and had a granola bar, lol. My leg STILL hurts, and I don't know if I can exercise this week. It hurts too much just to walk by bending my foot and toes. sad.gif

I think I'm breaking out more neutral.gif

Dont want instant gratification with this diet, trust me, it will ruin it, because you will make your diet more extreme because you aren't seeing results that you want to see. We are both dieting hifive.gif

Day 9
I do think the red marks are getting lighter, especially around the cheeks eusa_think.gif I'm trying not to judge too fast though, so I'll see how it goes.
Had eggs and orange juice for breakfast on bread with cheese. For lunch I made some pasta [I'm paying for the tomato sauce, mild acid reflux sad.gif] and now I think I'll have a snack. They say eat every three hours, right? eusa_think.gif So I'll be due for a snack anyways biggrin.gif I think I'll have an english muffin with peanut butter and bananas. <-- Didn't have either. sad.gif Had chicken and green beans for dinner, yummm.

Day 10
Had milk and toast for breakfast. Ugh I hate mornings, I look so gross lol.gif
Gonna charge the iPod and workout! Even though I did yesterday. But it's fun, and easier doing them in intervals.
...Never worked out. I fell into a bit of shame... I had m&ms, coke, and popcorn. The binge started once I had the M&Ms... sad.gif Ugh. I fail at everythiiiing.
That was my lunch, lol. No dinner yet eusa_think.gif
I have the biggest headache ever... possibly from the Zinc, you think? I feel so screwed up. dozing.gif But I got new clothes today, always fun.

Day 11
I woke up and my face looks actually quite good! biggrin.gif The red marks on my face are definitely fading. Had some Special K for breakfast, just worked out. I'm making pasta right now! amused.gif For dinner I had pierogies. Mmm. It's raining out, and I'm watching my baby [a.k.a the famous Lily, my cat] sleep. I'm stuck here doing a project for summer reading - once this long thing is tackled I have a report on the book, too. Ugh. Help me nowww. dozing.gif

Day 12
Had an egg sandwich for breakfast. amused.gif Had the same for lunch with some water. For dinner I had meatloaf and a potato.

I feel... blink.gif I'm tired, getting headaches, dizzy, plus there was the charlie horse. Something doesn't feel right lol

chicken with a side of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots covered in cheese.

Day 17
Yesterday was fun, and my skin was looking great. One of those "hot days" biggrin.gif
So... I think I've been feeling shitty because of the zinc, so I'm lowering my dose. Just in half. So.
I woke up and had beefaroni for lunch, then some toast for a snack. And two brownies shy.gif And about to go get popcorn.. I know I know. oompf.gif Dinnerrrr was some weird meat stuff. I dunno. And some green beans? I'm bad at identifying this kind of stufff...
Plus I woke up today with another charlie horse in the same leg. sad.gif This is getting old. And sucks. lol

Woke up at 11, so I just had a brunch sort of thing. Cereal, orange juice, and toast. Mmm!
Listening to Kelly Clarkson lol. Woke up and I guess I have two more blemishes =/
Plus maaaaan. I need to work out soon! <--- I failed. Rode my bike around, blah. Had pasta for dinner. Now I'm sipping tea, and my sister is locked out. She didn't listen when I told her to come in so I said fuck it, she can sleep outside tonight shrug.gif

Ugh dozing.gif Honestly I think I'll let this fall. I keep forgetting lol, and I vow to eat healthy foods whenever I have the choice eusa_shifty.gif
I think it helps. But I think the zinc, exercise, and water has played a HUGE roll in it, so I'm not worrying too much about my diet now. I'll update once in a while wub.gif
