I have felt ugly for far too long.

No one should ever have to suffer from something that makes you feel such low self esteem,
so unnatractive, so much like you don't want your picture taken or to see old friends, something that makes you want to hide and cry. It diminishes your spirit and makes you feel horrible about yourself.

For everyone that is going to read this, I honestly, with all my heart wish you the best of luck
with your pursuit to stop your acne. You are beautiful. Regardless.

The only thing I can say that has benefited me from having acne is that I can now understand
how awful it makes the person feel who has it. And it isn't something to be taken lightly.

It's awesome to hear that you're starting the Regimen. Just be sure to do it right! Take it slow on the BP, be gentle with your skin, give the Regimen enough time to work, etc. Just think, in a few months acne will be just a memory...
