I seem to have developed a weird patch of blackheads on my chest some are blackheads and some are small pimples, it started as a tiny patch of black heads on my chest and then slowly spread out this happened over 3 years, around some blackheads are white patches and around others there is redness. i'm not sure what it is exactly so i dont know how to get rid of it. here are some pics- poor quality im afraid
